Apple Warranty Coverage - No Charge

Crywolf is an Apple Authorized Service Provider for Apple Limited Warranty Repairs. NOTE: Apple’s Limited Warranty does not cover software issues, data issues or accidental damage.

AppleCare+ Coverage - Requires an Apple Co-pay of $99 or $299

Crywolf is an Apple Authorized Service Provider for AppleCare+ Warranty Repairs. NOTE: AppleCare+ Accidental Damage coverage requires an Apple co-pay and Apple charges this per incident.

In-Shop Service - $199 per Hour

Crywolf offers repair and upgrade options for older model and Out-of-Warranty Apple Mac Computers. One hour minimum, additional time billed by the 1/4 hour as needed.

On-Site Service - Starting at $225 per Hour

Crywolf offers On-Site Services for individuals and businesses. Our services include on-site delivery installation & setup, Service & Maintenance plans for businesses and more. On-site service calls start at $225 an hour plus a zone-dependant Travel Fee.

Data Recovery - $249 per Hour

Crywolf performs Data Recovery in our facility. That means no shipping to a recovery facility. We have a very high rate of success, but if we can't get your data, we have a relationship with a national service which will offer you a 10% discount. One hour minimum, then billed in 1/4 hour increments.

Spring Cleaning - $249

Crywolf’s In-Shop Check-Up, includes hardware & OS evaluation and virus & malware removal. We will do a deep clean on your Mac to make sure you are safe. We will also offer you advice and protection options to keep you safe moving forward.
