Step 1: When You Arrive
First, we'll have you describe and/or demonstrate your issue(s). Next, we will gather your contact information and check your I.D.
For most repairs we will require your user name & login password. This usually takes 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 2: Time to Bench
Our repairs are performed in the order they are received, so there is likely to be a queue before your Mac hits the bench.
We will inform you of the queue at check-in. Rush options are available.

Step 3: Check-In
If you choose to go ahead with a repair, we will check in your Mac and collect payment.
At this time we will discuss data backup options to make sure your data is protected before we begin any diagnosis or repair.

Step 4: Turn Off 'Find My Mac'
If your Mac requires a part from Apple, or we need to run certain Apple tests, Find My Mac needs to be turned off.
We will talk you through this if you would like some help.

Step 5: Diagnosis & Repair
Once your Mac hits our bench, our technician will diagnose your Mac and contact you with options before any additional work is begun.
At this point, you will decide whether to continue or decline the repair.
If you choose to continue, we will contact you when the repair is complete. Our tech will contact you if there are any questions, issues, or possible additional charges.

Step 6: Completion & Pickup
We will contact you when your Mac is ready for pickup, and it will be ready and waiting for you. You must bring a photo I.D. for pickup.
When you arrive, we will first check your I.D., then complete your paperwork, collect any payment due, and give you a copy of your Invoice and the work we performed.
We'll be happy to boot your Mac so you can see it working and confirm your issues have been resolved before you leave.
